1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the BAJT Smart Curtains website and purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.
2. Product Information and Availability
BAJT Smart Curtains offers the following smart curtain motors:
- Tuya GE82TV – Smart IoT motor (18W-45W) for lightweight to medium loads (18-30 kg)
- Dooya DT72TV – Professional automation motor (1.2-2.0 N·m) for standard to heavy loads (50-100 kg)
- Dooya DT52 – Industrial heavy-duty motor (75W) for maximum loads (100 kg on straight tracks, 60 kg on curved tracks)
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for all products. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors or unintentional inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors or modify product information at any time. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Your order confirmation will show the final price you agree to pay.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cash payments. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
- No Hidden Charges: All costs are transparent and clearly itemized. No hidden or additional charges will be applied without prior notification.
- Invoicing: A formal invoice will be provided upon payment confirmation.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for completed installations or used products. Defective products are covered under our 1-year warranty.
4. Installation Services
Professional installation is available for PKR 3,000 and includes:
- On-site assessment and measurements
- Motor assembly and mounting
- Track installation and calibration
- Initial setup and testing
- User instruction and training
Installation Requirements: Installation is available across Pakistan with 3-5 business days for major cities (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Mirpur) and 7-10 business days for remote areas, subject to availability and weather conditions.
Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule installations up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a PKR 500 rescheduling fee.
5. Product Warranty
All BAJT Smart Curtains motors come with a 1-year full warranty from the date of installation, covering:
- Manufacturing defects and material failures
- Mechanical component failures (motor, gears, bearings)
- Electrical component failures
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage from improper installation by third parties
- Damage from exposure to extreme weather, flooding, or environmental hazards
- Damage caused by modifications or repair attempts by non-authorized personnel
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Normal aging and cosmetic wear
- Track damage or issues with mounting structures

6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAJT Smart Curtains shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use
- Third-party claims or damages
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies to all claims whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
7. User Responsibilities and Proper Use
You agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided:
- Follow all safety guidelines and operating instructions
- Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the motor
- Do not perform repairs or modifications yourself
- Maintain the motor and track system as recommended
- Allow adequate rest periods between continuous operations (motors should not run continuously for more than 4-20 minutes depending on model)
- Protect the motor from water exposure and extreme environmental conditions
- Use only authorized accessories and replacement parts
8. Safety and Risk of Loss
Smart curtain motors involve moving mechanical parts. Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you upon installation completion. You are responsible for:
- Securing the installation area during and after installation
- Protecting the system from environmental hazards
- Ensuring adequate clearance and safe operation of curtains
- Preventing unauthorized access by children
BAJT Smart Curtains is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from improper use, maintenance failure, or negligence after installation completion and warranty coverage.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the BAJT Smart Curtains website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of BAJT Smart Curtains or its content suppliers. You are granted a limited license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Products and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or products. BAJT Smart Curtains is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Your use of third-party products is subject to their own terms and conditions.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Step 1 – Negotiation: Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication with our customer support team via WhatsApp or email.
- Step 2 – Mediation: If unresolved, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed third party.
- Step 3 – Arbitration/Litigation: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings under Pakistani law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.

12. Export and Legal Compliance
Our products are manufactured and sold for domestic use within Pakistan. Any export or use outside Pakistan is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in their jurisdiction.
13. Modifications to Terms
BAJT Smart Curtains reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Pakistani law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BAJT Smart Curtains regarding the purchase of products and services. All previous agreements, discussions, and understandings are superseded by this agreement.
