How do I know which curtain motor I need?

Match the motor to your curtain weight and track. The Tuya GE82TY handles up to 50 kg and suits most homes. For heavy curtains up to 100 kg, large windows, or centre-opening tracks, choose the Automation DT72TV or the heavy-duty Dooya DT52S.

What is included in the PKR 28,000 price?

Your kit includes the curtain motor, the aluminium track, mounting brackets, and an RF remote control. Professional installation is a flat PKR 3,000 extra and is booked separately.

Does the 1-year warranty cover power surges or voltage fluctuations?

The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from voltage fluctuations, power surges, or lightning — we strongly recommend using a voltage stabiliser or surge protector. Paid repair service is available if surge damage does occur.

Which smart assistants and apps are supported?

WiFi-enabled motors connect through the Tuya / Smart Life app and work with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for voice control. An RF remote is included with every motor for offline control.
